Andrew, thank you so much for helping my clients find their investment house and land package and doing it all so seamlessly. They were so impressed with your knowledge, expertise and how easy you are to approach. Looking forward to sending more homebuyers your way knowing they're in great hands!

We have had a great experience so far with our land and home package in Eglinton. From the beginning, we have felt supported and well looked after throughout the process. Andrew have been very helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with, which has made the whole experience much less stressful.

We really appreciate the support and guidance we have received and would happily recommend Fundamental Property to anyone looking to purchase property.

I handle administration for our business and deal with Andrew at Fundamental Properties behind the scenes. He’s easy to communicate with, approachable and respectful, which makes coordinating things with him straightforward. I really appreciate that he values the admin side of the relationship and treats me with the same courtesy as anyone else in our team. A pleasure to deal with.

What I appreciate about Andrew is that you can have an open, honest business conversation with him. There’s no need to second-guess where you stand. He brings that same transparency and professionalism to Fundamental Properties, which makes him someone I’m comfortable recommending to my network.

We met Andrew in 2025 and have been working with him ever since. From day one, we never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand what was right for us, including finding the right area and contract.

This was our first property purchase with Andrew, but it definitely won’t be our last. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable and genuine investment advice.
